We are looking for two Outbound Product Managers to join our team and focus on enhancing the customer experience with our Digital Workers. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about leveraging advanced large language model (LLM) technology and integrating it into practical enterprise applications. As part of the IFS Loops team, you will work closely with cross-functional groups to develop tailored agent solutions that meet the needs of enterprise clients. Your role will involve shaping the future of our platform by identifying opportunities, creating prototypes, and engaging with customers to ensure our solutions deliver real value. What you'll do
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to design, develop, and deliver customized digital agents tailored for enterprise clients, ensuring solutions align with customer needs and business goals.
- Manage the entire lifecycle of agent development, from initial discovery and requirements gathering through design, prototyping, testing, and deployment, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.
- Prototype new workflows and experiment with integrating LLMs, APIs, and contextual data frameworks to enhance the capabilities and versatility of digital agents.
- Influence the product strategy by recognizing patterns, reusable capabilities, and opportunities that will shape the Loops platform's roadmap and future feature set.
- Act as a customer advocate by translating real-world client requirements into scalable, effective product features and solutions that can be deployed at scale.
- Maintain a focus on reliability, safety, and explainability of AI-powered agents, balancing rapid prototyping with high standards of quality and compliance.
- Conduct technical discovery sessions with prospects and clients to evaluate their workflows, existing tools, and integration needs, providing tailored solutions that demonstrate measurable benefits.
- Analyze current platform capabilities through discovery sessions, identifying pain points and opportunities for improvement, and demonstrating how Loops can address these challenges effectively.
- Develop customized agentic workflows for prospects, lead feedback sessions, and iterate based on customer input to optimize solutions for real-world use cases.
- Design and implement proof-of-concept pilots to validate technical feasibility, demonstrate value, and gather insights for further development.
- Actively promote the Loops Agentic platform by guiding prospects through evaluation, testing, and integration of use cases, ensuring they understand the platform's capabilities and benefits.
- Work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and adoption of digital worker solutions, providing support and insights throughout the process.
- Stay informed about the latest developments in AI, LLMs, and enterprise workflows to continuously improve product offerings and maintain a competitive edge.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of best practices, documentation, and training materials to support internal teams and clients in deploying and managing digital workers effectively.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop compelling messaging and demonstrations that showcase the platform's value proposition to potential clients.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform future product enhancements, ensuring the platform evolves in line with user needs and industry trends.
- Support the broader mission of IFS by helping organizations harness AI to automate complex workflows, improve decision-making, and drive operational efficiencies.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of large language models (LLMs), APIs, and agent frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar tools.
- Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, and integrating AI models into enterprise applications.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to navigate complex, ambiguous situations and develop practical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with both technical teams and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- A natural curiosity and willingness to experiment with new workflows, tools, and AI capabilities, along with a comfort in taking calculated risks.
- Background in product management, solution engineering, or applied AI development, preferably within enterprise environments.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting, sharing knowledge and insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Experience with enterprise workflows, client engagement, and technical discovery sessions is a plus.
- Familiarity with ITAR regulations and handling sensitive data is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Passion for AI and a desire to stay current with emerging trends and technologies in the field.

- Experience working directly with enterprise clients and understanding their unique workflows and challenges.
- Knowledge of AI safety, explainability, and standards for reliability in enterprise settings.
- Familiarity with compliance standards and regulations relevant to enterprise AI deployment.
- Previous experience with deploying AI solutions at scale in production environments.
- Understanding of cloud platforms and deployment pipelines for AI applications.
