In this exciting position, you will be at the forefront of developing sophisticated AI agents that are capable of reasoning, planning, and executing tasks across diverse real-world workflows. These agents go beyond basic conversational capabilities, engaging in significant actions and functioning effectively within complex environments. As a Senior Product Manager, your primary responsibility will be to define and deliver initial use cases for agentic AI, transforming advanced functionalities like long-term memory and strategic planning into practical, valuable products that meet user needs.

What you'll do

• Identify and prioritize use cases for agentic AI that promise high returns, with a strong emphasis on operational automation and task delegation.
• Collaborate closely with users and stakeholders to gather insights into their workflows and identify pain points.
• Prototype and refine agent behaviors in simulated environments that closely resemble production settings to ensure reliability and applicability.
• Design the user experience for agents in real-world applications, addressing aspects from task delegation to performance monitoring.
• Translate identified use cases into comprehensive product specifications, detailing user flows and safety protocols.
• Oversee the product roadmap, initiating with small iterations to facilitate rapid learning and effective scaling.
• Work in tandem with engineering teams to ensure that product requirements are in sync with the capabilities of the agent platform.
• Collaborate with AI researchers to incorporate experimental features into real-world applications.
• Define success metrics based on key outcomes such as time savings and improvements in accuracy.
• Lay the groundwork for product foundations that enable system generalization and long-term scalability.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or within startups, particularly with technically complex user-facing systems.
• A solid understanding of applied use cases, especially in the realms of automation and operational workflows.
• Familiarity with concepts and tools related to agentic AI, including LLM agents and memory systems.
• Demonstrated experience in collaborating with engineering and research teams on product decisions at the system level.
• Exceptional communication, prioritization, and execution skills.

Nice to have

• Interest or experience in industries such as logistics, manufacturing, or systems integration.
• Background in AI/ML infrastructure, developer platforms, or robotics.
• Experience designing systems that require human oversight or semi-autonomous functions.
• Practical experience in prototyping agents using modern frameworks.

Skills & tools

• Proficient in product management tools and agile methodologies.
• Familiar with AI development frameworks and tools such as LangChain and OpenAI functions.

• Salary Range: $180,000 - $220,000
