About the role
You will serve as the trusted advisor and advocate for Humata Health's healthcare clients, guiding them through their implementation journey to ensure long-term satisfaction and partnership success. You will own the end-to-end delivery of product implementations, driving strategic planning and execution from initial kickoff through go-live and post-launch support. This role requires you to independently identify necessary steps, resolve project-impacting issues, and maintain ownership of the team strategy to achieve all project objectives. You will manage comprehensive project plans, track deliverables and key milestones, and proactively manage dependencies to prevent delays. By acting as the primary point of contact for both clients and internal project teams, you will ensure clear communication and alignment throughout every phase of the project. Your leadership will be essential in testing, training, and go-live activities, ensuring customers transition smoothly into operational use of Humata products. Ultimately, you will foster long-term customer relationships by promoting retention, expansion, and continuous improvement in partnership with Customer Success teams.

What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Humata Health's products, from planning through go-live and post-launch support.
- Own and maintain comprehensive project plans to track customer projects, deliverables, and key milestones.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal project teams during planning and implementation phases.
- Identify and drive the necessary steps to successfully achieve project objectives, independently resolving project-impacting issues in a timely manner.
- Actively manage deliverables across planning, building, testing, and go-live to ensure successful deployments.
- Implement effective strategies for identifying and managing project dependencies, proactively mitigating potential delays.
- Maintain accurate and current documentation related to project issues, risks, and tasks in Smartsheet or other project tracking tools.
- Obtain necessary payer, portal, and EHR credentials for automation implementation.
- Lead testing and training activities to prepare customers for go-live, ensuring smooth transitions into operational use.
- Send meeting summaries and next steps within one business day after implementation meetings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Subject Matter Experts, to align solutions with customer needs and goals.
- Work with CSM and Support teams to ensure reporting accuracy and successful post-launch monitoring.
- Ensure customer workflows align with product functionality and escalate change management needs to the Customer Success Manager when necessary.
- Lead Go-Live Check-In Calls in partnership with Customer Success Managers to validate readiness and address final concerns.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback based on project execution and customer insights.
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Bring 5+ years of experience in a customer success, account management, or consulting role.
- Prior experience in healthcare or technology is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrate proven ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including executives and operational teams.
- Possess exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a talent for tailoring messaging to diverse audiences.
- Apply a strong analytical mindset with experience in tracking and interpreting key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Show familiarity with tools such as PowerBI for reporting, Google Workspace, and Slack.
- Have direct experience with healthcare operations, prior authorization, or revenue cycle workflow optimization.
- Understand the fundamentals of HIPAA compliance and proper handling of Protected Health Information (PHI).
- Commit to adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements relevant to healthcare data and project management.
- Thrive in a client-facing role that requires professionalism, discretion, and ownership of complex implementation challenges.
- Be capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as required, up to 25%, to support client needs and team collaboration.
