The role owns the end-to-end lifecycle and program work that connects teams and ensures data consistency. You will collaborate with business leaders to convert complexity into simple, sustainable processes. Candidates must be prepared to utilize artificial intelligence to streamline repetitive tasks while maintaining clear oversight of human judgment responsibilities. You will orchestrate intake activities by owning new hire setup and cross-team coordination to guarantee accurate and timely onboarding. Success in this position enables the broader team to concentrate on strategy, operational excellence, and key business partnerships. This position is central to the People & Talent team, which serves as the connective tissue between People Business Partners, People Operations, and Talent Acquisition.

What You'll Do
You will orchestrate intake activities by owning new hire setup and cross-team coordination to guarantee accurate and timely onboarding. You will design the configuration of lifecycle processes, working with IT and Payroll to ensure that rules in ChartHop, ADP, and Leapsome accurately reflect operational reality. You will review employee records and changes, including promotions, transfers, and status movements, verifying accuracy before these impact compensation and reporting. You will drive operational improvements by creating documentation and workflows that managers can use independently, reducing the need for constant People support. You will partner with various teams to automate recurring tasks using artificial intelligence, then validate the outcomes and refine the user experience with stakeholders. You will guide intake for talent requisitions, aligning hiring plans with capacity and ensuring role details support accurate workforce forecasting. You will own program materials for surveys and engagement initiatives, drafting communications that managers consistently follow. You will maintain documentation for compliance and process changes, ensuring records remain clean across systems and support efficient audits. You will serve as a primary point of coordination for cross-functional initiatives, ensuring timelines and dependencies are clearly tracked. You will leverage data to identify trends in headcount, turnover, and process bottlenecks, proposing targeted interventions to stakeholders.
Requirements
You must possess three to five years of experience handling lifecycle and program operations within fast-scaling environments. You must demonstrate proficiency in managing employee records and changes across ChartHop, ADP, and Leapsome with a high degree of precision. You must have a proven ability to partner with payroll, IT, and managers to ensure data-driven decisions affecting compensation and performance. You must effectively use artificial intelligence tools to streamline workflows while clearly distinguishing automation from human oversight. You must be comfortable working in a matrixed environment where priorities shift quickly and ambiguity is common. You must maintain a high level of discretion when handling sensitive employee information and confidential compensation data. You must communicate clearly and professionally in both written and verbal formats to diverse audiences across the organization. You must be proactive in identifying risks in people processes and raising issues before they escalate into larger problems. You must manage multiple deadlines and deliverables simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
