HomeLight is actively seeking a field-based sales professional to establish a formidable title insurance presence throughout Orange County. In this capacity, the successful hire will own the end-to-end management of strategic partnerships with real estate agents, brokers, and lending institutions. The primary responsibility involves driving order volume while simultaneously cultivating a reputation for reliability and expertise. You will own the narrative around HomeLight's value proposition, positioning our brand as the indispensable partner within the regional market. This role requires a proactive owner who identifies and capitalizes on opportunities to expand our footprint. Success in this position is defined by consistent execution against sales objectives and the ability to foster long-term client relationships. The hire will be accountable for representing HomeLight at the highest level within the community and real estate ecosystem.

What you'll do
- Build and maintain a portfolio of real estate agents, brokers, and lenders to increase title orders.
- Prospect for new business through networking and local market outreach.
- Create and implement a territory strategy to grow sales volume and market coverage.
- Explain HomeLight title solutions to clients to support their specific business needs.
- Attend industry functions, open houses, and community events to maintain a local presence.
- Lead training sessions and presentations regarding HomeLight services for partners.
- Coordinate with internal escrow, marketing, and operations teams to support client needs.
- Assist with local marketing and brand awareness campaigns.
- Monitor Southern California market trends and competitor activity.
- Own the analysis of pipeline opportunities and forecast future revenue streams.
- Develop deep expertise in the nuances of title insurance products to answer complex inquiries.
- Drive the adoption of digital tools and platforms to streamline the transaction process.
- Serve as the central communication link between clients and internal departments.
- Identify and pursue strategic alliances that enhance service offerings and market penetration.
Requirements
- 2 to 5+ years of experience in title insurance sales.
- Demonstrated history of hitting or surpassing sales targets in relationship-based roles.
- Eligibility to work in Canada without sponsorship.
- Right to work in Canada is required.
- Current residence in or near Irvine, Canada is mandatory.
- Proven ability to manage a complex sales cycle from initiation to closure.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Willingness to undergo background checks as part of the hiring process.
- Commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality regarding client and company information.
- Readiness to comply with all company policies and procedures.

Practical notes
Base salary is $60,000. On-target earnings range from $120,000 to $200,000 with an uncapped commission structure. Hours are full-time. This role is based in Irvine, Canada, and the successful candidate must be able to work from that location without the need for relocation. There are no specific visa sponsorship options available for this position. The engagement is full-time, and the schedule aligns with standard business hours, though flexibility may be required for evening and weekend client meetings or events. Travel is primarily local within the Irvine region and surrounding Southern California areas to meet with clients and attend industry functions. No international travel is expected as part of the standard duties for this role. The start date is contingent upon the candidate's availability and successful completion of the hiring process.
