Job description
Senior Talent Partner, Growth & Creative at Hinge Health.
About the role
Hinge Health is looking for a strategic, high-judgment Senior Talent Partner to lead hiring as part of our PGX organization, Product, Growth, Design. This role demands an advisor who operates with equal parts strategy and execution, translating complex business priorities into precise talent strategies that attract and secure exceptional candidates. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional hiring outcomes in a high-bar environment where the quality of decisions directly impacts the business trajectory. The position requires a partner who balances speed with care, ensuring that both process and people feel respected throughout every stage of the journey. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the product organization by influencing not only who joins today, but how the team thinks about talent for tomorrow.
