In this role, you will own the generation of top-of-funnel demand while establishing repeatable outreach strategies for the commercial sales organization. You will act as the first point of intelligent engagement with engineers, marketers, and operations teams, ensuring every interaction reflects the brand's velocity and clarity. The position requires comfort with ambiguity and the ability to translate product value into compelling narratives for diverse buyer audiences. You will be expected to iterate quickly, document learnings, and contribute directly to the refinement of the sales motion. What you'll do
Proactively initiate outbound engagement with prospective agent personas through cold calling, text outreach, email sequences, integrated marketing campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other innovative methods.
Collaborate closely with the growth team to research target accounts and craft highly personalized outreach sequences that resonate with specific stakeholder needs.
Discover and experiment with creative channels, messaging frameworks, and strategies designed to guide qualified prospects toward the free trial experience.
Partner with the broader sales organization to define, document, and continuously improve end-to-end sales processes, tactics, and playbooks.
Own a defined set of monthly performance goals and execute activities with discipline to consistently hit or exceed established targets.
Monitor the company's digital channels, including live signups in Slack, and engage directly with interested prospects to efficiently move them into scheduled conversations with sales and customer success teams.
Qualify inbound interest, surface stakeholder roles, and map buyer intent to ensure opportunities are positioned correctly for the sales team.
Maintain accurate and timely records within CRM systems to support forecasting, reporting, and pipeline analysis.
Act as a voice of the customer by sharing feedback, objections, and insights gathered during conversations to inform product messaging and positioning.
Demonstrate intellectual curiosity by rapidly learning the product, understanding data and AI fundamentals, and applying that knowledge to accelerate deal momentum.
Requirements
Hold a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
Be a self-starter capable of thriving in a high-growth, fast-paced startup environment.
Possess strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and content for different audiences.
Bring prior experience in customer or prospect engagement, including cold outreach or inside sales responsibilities.
Show a genuine interest in technology, with a particular inclination toward data-centric solutions and modern data stacks.
Demonstrate the ability to multitask, organize complex information, and prioritize activities under tight deadlines.
Commit to compliance with E-Verify procedures, understanding that verification will occur post-hire using Form I-9 documentation.
Be willing to relocate to or reside in the Denver, CO area to align with operational expectations.
Nice to have
Previous experience working with composable data platforms, CDPs, or marketing technology stacks.
Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools and how data influences campaign performance.
Background in a fast-scaling B2B environment where process improvement is actively pursued.
Experience with analytics or data visualization tools that support insight generation.
Any history working with enterprise customers in technology or data-intensive sectors.
Practical notes
This role is based in Denver, Colorado, and requires local presence.
Employment is full-time, and E-Verify participation is required after hire.
Equity compensation includes ISOs with early exercise options and a 10-year post-termination exercise window.
