About the role
Hightouch is seeking a Sales Development Representative (EMEA) to join our rapidly growing team in Paris where you will own the end-to-end outbound process for generating top of the funnel demand within the EMEA South region. In this position, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying high intent prospects through proactive outbound activities including cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and integrated marketing campaigns. You will act as the primary point of entry for target accounts, ensuring that every interaction builds awareness, educates on value, and moves prospects efficiently into the sales pipeline. This role requires a highly intelligent individual capable of connecting with multiple audiences across engineering, marketing, and operations teams while maintaining strict alignment with brand messaging and positioning. You will live in Slack and actively monitor new signups, engaging them directly to book qualified meetings for the sales organization. Success in this role depends on your ability to execute consistently against monthly goals and iterate based on feedback from the growth and sales teams.

What you'll do
Proactively reach out to prospective agents that match our ideal persona through cold calls, text messages, emails, integrated marketing campaigns, LinkedIn campaigns, and other outbound methods.
Collaborate with the growth team to research and craft highly personalized outreach sequences tailored to target accounts and specific stakeholder needs.
Discover and experiment with creative methods, channels, and strategies that guide prospects toward our free trial and increase conversion rates.
Contribute to the definition, improvement, and documentation of sales processes, strategies, and tactics alongside the broader SDR team.
Execute against clearly defined monthly goals and key performance indicators with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Remain active in Slack channels, monitoring for new signups and engaging those users directly to book meetings with both the sales team and customers.
Qualify inbound interest from trial users by understanding their needs, timelines, and buying process to ensure proper handoff to account executives.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems to reflect every interaction, insight, and next step taken during the sales cycle.
Represent Hightouch professionally in all communications, demonstrating deep product knowledge and the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
Continuously refine techniques based on performance data, feedback from stakeholders, and evolving market conditions within the EMEA region.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree is required for this position.
You must be a self-starter with the ability to self-motivate in a high-growth startup environment.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for engaging with prospects and internal stakeholders.
Prior experience engaging customers and prospects in a sales or business development capacity is required.
A demonstrated interest in technology and, more specifically, data platforms, composability, and marketing innovation is necessary.
The ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work across multiple channels and competing demands is essential.
Fluency in French is mandatory given the location and target market within the EMEA South region.
Comfort working remotely or hybrid arrangements while maintaining strong collaboration within a distributed team.
Willingness to adhere to company policies, compliance standards, and E-Verify procedures as applicable post-hire.
Nice to have
Experience with outbound sales tools, CRM platforms, and marketing automation software.
Background in SaaS, B2B technology, or previous exposure to data, analytics, and marketing platforms.
Familiarity with modern composable architectures, CDPs, and martech ecosystems.
Basic understanding of AI-driven marketing use cases and how data influences campaign performance.
Practical notes
This role is based in our brand new Paris office and is only open to fluent French speakers.
Candidates must be eligible to work in France without sponsorship requirements.
