Job description
About the role
You define the end-to-end experience for AI marketing tools that empower marketing teams to own their data and campaigns. You design agentic workflows that blend first-party data with AI models to enable real-time, data-driven decisions across entire customer journeys. You translate ambiguous product opportunities into clear design narratives that guide strategy, execution, and measurement. You partner closely with product managers and engineers to turn experimentation into polished, production-ready experiences. You advocate for the marketer's voice while ensuring consistency, clarity, and brand integrity across every touchpoint. You rigorously prototype and test ideas to validate concepts quickly and reduce risk before large-scale buildout. You own the craft of product storytelling, ensuring that each interaction communicates value, confidence, and ease to the user.
