You must have enterprise client instincts, having worked directly with sophisticated marketing teams in-house, agency, or consultancy environments. You must be fluent in navigating brand reviews, legal, and the politics of getting work approved. You must understand performance marketing literacy, including the difference between an ad that wins a Cannes Lion and an ad that wins a CAC target, and you must be able to hold both standards at once. You must have exceptional taste, which your portfolio shows, and you must be able to articulate why something works.
