Lead Product Manager, Agentic Personalization
Job description
About the role
You own the vision and execution of Agentic Personalization, the third pillar of Hightouch's Agentic Marketing Platform, focused on real-time, in-product experiences for websites and mobile apps. You will define the end-to-end roadmap for personalization agents that analyze customer data, orchestrate audiences, and dynamically serve tailored content inside the product. You will partner deeply with our Composable CDP and experimentation teams to turn high-level growth goals into automated, self-serve workflows. You will translate complex data and engineering constraints into simple product decisions that enable marketers to run dozens of experiments per quarter without writing code. You will be the primary voice for personalization across product, design, and go-to-market, ensuring that every release advances a cohesive brand story grounded in humility, kindness, and compassion. You will measure success through experimentation volume, outcome quality, and platform adoption, always prioritizing customer trust and durable value.
