- Balance short-term deal enablement with long-term platform improvements by prioritizing the integration roadmap effectively.
- Lead the design of scalable sync architectures that handle HTTP APIs, file transfers, and data warehouses with varying limitations.
- Maximize sync performance through parallelism, batching, rate-limit detection, and algorithmic optimizations across all destinations.
- Partner with customers and integration partners to discover new use cases and translate them into robust integration features.
- Mentor engineers on best practices for building, testing, and maintaining high-quality integration code.
- Drive the adoption of AI tools to accelerate development cycles and improve the quality of integration work.
- Ensure reliability and observability of destination integrations to support enterprise customers running tens of thousands of syncs per day.
- Collaborate closely with the product team to turn strategic requirements into actionable technical tasks.
- Champion engineering excellence by setting high standards for code quality, documentation, and operational practices.
- Own the end-to-end delivery of integration projects from discovery through launch and post-launch optimization.
- Evaluate new protocols, standards, and tooling to keep our integration layer future-proof and efficient.
- Communicate progress, trade-offs, and risks clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift quickly and ownership is high. You must have a strong sense of ownership and accountability for outcomes, even when working remotely.
