About the role
You will be the primary force ensuring successful customer deployments at Hightouch by owning the end-to-end lifecycle from initial discovery to post-launch optimization. You will act as the critical bridge between the customer's business ambitions and Hightouch's composable CDP capabilities, translating ambiguous requirements into precise technical execution plans. In this capacity, you will partner directly with enterprise account teams to de-risk integrations and drive rapid adoption of the platform. You must thrive in ambiguous environments where clear requirements are co-created through collaboration with data engineers and stakeholders. Your work will directly influence how quickly clients realize value from their investment in our AI-powered marketing infrastructure. You will be responsible for establishing best practices that standardize deployment playbooks without sacrificing the flexibility needed for large-scale enterprises. Ultimately, you will own the narrative of the customer experience, ensuring every deployment reinforces trust and long-term partnership.

What you'll do
Drive the end-to-end onboarding process for new customers in partnership with account management, ensuring technical execution aligns precisely with success milestones.
Design and iterate on deployment frameworks and playbooks that scale efficiently across distinct customer segments while respecting unique enterprise constraints.
Lead technical discovery sessions and implementation workshops to map current-state data infrastructure to future-state activation scenarios.
Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including integration specifications, data models, API contracts, and operational runbooks.
Develop detailed implementation plans that optimize time-to-value while guaranteeing the reliability, security, and sustainability of deployed solutions.
Partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to identify, triage, and remove technical blockers that could jeopardize customer timelines or outcomes.
Build and nurture strong relationships with technical and business stakeholders inside customer organizations to champion Hightouch capabilities.
Contribute strategic feedback to product and engineering teams based on real-world deployment patterns and unmet customer needs.
Standardize and automate repetitive implementation tasks to increase team bandwidth and improve consistency of customer experiences.
Champion the adoption of new features and workflows by enabling internal teams and external partners through high-quality training and enablement content.
Conduct post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and refine deployment methodologies for future engagements.
Serve as the day-to-day technical point of contact during critical deployment phases, providing clear status updates and risk mitigation strategies.
Evaluate and recommend improvements to the composable CDP configuration to maximize marketing efficiency and data governance.
Collaborate with customer data teams to ensure seamless integration with existing data warehouses, ETL pipelines, and activation channels.
Requirements
Bring 5-10 years of professional experience in technical implementation, solutions architecture, or equivalent enterprise software roles.
Possess a strong technical foundation with hands-on experience in data integration patterns, API design, and enterprise architecture principles.
Demonstrate a proven ability to manage complex technical implementations while communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Show a history of creating and optimizing implementation processes that are repeatable, scalable, and resilient across large organizations.
Exhibit excellence in technical project management, including the capacity to manage multiple concurrent deployments under tight deadlines.
Display strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the confidence to lead discussions in rooms of technical and business leaders.
Have prior experience working with data warehouses, ETL processes, and marketing technology stacks is essential for success in this role.
Hold a Bachelor's degree or possess equivalent real-world experience that demonstrates mastery of the required skill set.
Nice to have
Experience with composable CDP platforms and marketing data ecosystems is highly valued.
Familiarity with AI-driven marketing use cases and how data infrastructure enables personalization at scale.
Background working in fast-paced, venture-backed SaaS environments where process agility is critical.
