About the role
HighRadius is seeking a Technical Account Manager to serve as a primary point of contact for our enterprise clients. You will manage technical relationships, ensure the health of our software deployments, and guide customers through the successful adoption of our finance and treasury platforms. In this capacity, you will own the end-to-end technical lifecycle for assigned accounts, from initial implementation to ongoing optimization. You will be responsible for translating complex technical issues into clear, actionable insights for executive stakeholders. The role requires a proactive approach to monitoring system performance and anticipating potential risks before they impact the business. You will act as a trusted advisor, aligning HighRadius solutions with the strategic financial goals of each client. Success in this position will be measured by customer satisfaction, platform stability, and the depth of adoption across the organization.

What you'll do
- Serve as the main technical advisor for assigned accounts, ensuring platform stability, performance, and alignment with contractual value.
- Monitor project health across the entire post-implementation lifecycle, identifying risks and driving remediation plans to meet service level agreements.
- Act as the central liaison, coordinating with internal product, engineering, and support teams to resolve escalated technical issues efficiently.
- Lead regular business reviews with stakeholders to assess software utilization and align HighRadius capabilities with evolving client financial objectives.
- Provide expert guidance on system configurations, data workflows, and integrations within complex ERP environments to optimize operational efficiency.
- Own the technical documentation for each account, maintaining clear records of configurations, changes, and standard operating procedures.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and feature adoption to maximize the return on investment for enterprise clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring executive sponsorship and long-term customer retention.
- Drive the successful adoption of HighRadius platforms by conducting training sessions and creating tailored playbooks for finance teams.
- Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to ensure seamless transitions during contract renewals or expansion initiatives.
- Analyze system usage data to uncover trends, highlight value realization, and recommend actions that enhance the client experience.
- Represent the voice of the customer internally, providing critical feedback to product teams to influence future roadmap decisions.
Requirements
- Possess proven experience in a technical account management or customer success role within a software company, demonstrating a track record of managing complex implementations.
- Show a strong understanding of financial business processes, including but not limited to Order to Cash, Treasury, or Record to Report, to contextualize solution impact.
- Demonstrate the ability to explain complex technical concepts and system behaviors to non-technical stakeholders without relying on jargon.
- Have direct experience working with enterprise-level software and major ERP systems, navigating multi-module deployments with confidence.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills, using structured methodologies to diagnose issues and manage multiple client priorities under tight deadlines.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and ownership, even when addressing critical incidents or challenging stakeholder concerns.
- Communicate effectively in written and verbal formats, producing clear summaries, status reports, and executive briefings that drive action.
- Thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and deliver cohesive customer outcomes.
Skills & tools
- Show proficiency in ERP environments such as SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, or NetSuite, including hands-on experience with configuration and troubleshooting.
- Possess knowledge of B2B payment processes, including automation workflows, and financial reconciliation practices to support treasury operations.
- Demonstrate familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools, enabling you to extract insights from dashboards and operational metrics.
- Have experience with API integrations and middleware tools that connect finance systems across the enterprise landscape.
- Understand the fundamentals of AI-driven automation as applied to finance departments, including how these tools reduce manual effort in the Office of the CFO.
- Be comfortable navigating large-scale enterprise software deployments, including change management and user adoption challenges.
- Bring a foundational understanding of security protocols, data governance, and compliance standards relevant to financial software.
