About the role
The will play a role in shaping the product marketing strategy for the company's payer business. This position is responsible for establishing product positioning, creating compelling narratives that address the complexities of state regulations, and developing go-to-market strategies that enhance adoption and revenue growth. As a strategic leader, the individual will work closely with various teams, including Product, Sales, and executive stakeholders, to ensure that payer products are effectively positioned and marketed in a highly regulated environment.

What you'll do
- Lead the development of positioning and messaging strategies for Hhaexchange's payer product offerings, ensuring alignment with the needs of state Medicaid programs and payer organizations.
- Create structured frameworks that articulate the unique value propositions of Hhaexchange's products, informed by a thorough understanding of state regulations and managed care economics.
- Develop tailored messaging that addresses the specific regulatory landscapes and contract requirements across different states and payer types.
- Collaborate with leadership to influence product roadmap decisions, pricing strategies, and go-to-market investments based on market insights and competitive analysis.
- Conduct competitive and market intelligence assessments, including win/loss analysis, to refine product positioning and identify new opportunities or potential threats.
- Implement AI-driven workflows and systems to enhance payer market research, competitive intelligence, regulatory monitoring, and sales enablement processes.
- Identify and opportunities to automate Product Marketing operations, improving efficiency and accelerating time-to-market for new initiatives.
- Design and execute the sales enablement strategy for payer products, ensuring that sales teams have the necessary tools and resources to communicate effectively with customers.
- Develop high-quality sales-facing materials, including talk tracks, demo scripts, and competitive positioning documents, to support sales efforts and improve win rates.
- Establish feedback mechanisms between Sales and Marketing to capture insights on customer objections and competitive threats, translating these into actionable updates for positioning and sales tools.
- Oversee the go-to-market strategy for new product launches, defining target segments, buyer personas, and key messaging pillars to ensure successful market entry.
- Maintain fluency in regulatory changes affecting the payer landscape, translating complex regulations into clear narratives for various buyer audiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
- A minimum of 7 to 12 years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, or a related B2B SaaS role is required.
- Extensive knowledge of the payer and healthcare ecosystem, particularly Medicaid and managed care, is essential.
- Proven experience in state contracting and procurement processes is necessary.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and competitive dynamics effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

- The base salary for this full-time position ranges from $180,000 to $200,000, excluding variable compensation, with the final salary determined by factors such as experience and education.
