As a Senior Product Manager at Hhaexchange, you will play a role in enhancing the success of our products throughout their lifecycle. Your responsibilities will encompass analyzing market needs, establishing product vision, and collaborating with various teams, including Product Management, Development, Sales, and Marketing, to ensure that our offerings meet revenue and client satisfaction goals. This position is essential for driving innovation in home and community-based care technology, making a significant impact on the lives of individuals who rely on these services.

What you'll do

• Formulate and implement the product strategy for enterprise data insights utilizing the Snowflake Cloud Data Platform.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, Analytics, AI/ML teams, and business stakeholders to convert enterprise data into actionable insights.
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities to generate business value through self-service analytics, ad hoc reporting, dashboards, and predictive modeling.
• Lead the product roadmap development for enterprise reporting, data exploration, and advanced analytics functionalities.
• Assess and recommend modern business intelligence, analytics, and AI tools that complement Snowflake to enhance business value, including Power BI, Tableau, and Databricks.
• Explore opportunities to integrate machine learning and AI to automate the generation of insights and support decision-making processes.
• Specify product requirements for predictive models aimed at fraud detection, anomaly detection, forecasting, provider performance, and operational optimization.
• Advocate for the adoption of AI-driven analytics, natural language querying, and generative AI capabilities to enhance data accessibility.
• Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies and Snowflake-native features to improve enterprise analytics.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness, adoption, and business impact of data insight products.
• Conduct regular reviews of the product roadmap, deliver product demonstrations, and facilitate advisory workshops with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare and present business cases for new products to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Technology Leadership on long-term strategic initiatives and resource alignment.
• Work alongside Sales and Marketing to understand market needs, ensure campaign success, and assist with complex sales opportunities.
• Partner with Implementation teams to ensure efficient product deployment and configuration based on diverse market and client requirements, troubleshooting any issues through product enhancements.
• Collaborate with Support and Client Success teams to ensure smooth product launches, gather customer feedback, and address product support inquiries.
• Ensure that accessibility and usability standards are met, particularly for caregivers, members, and clinicians.
• Coordinate with engineering and architecture teams to balance new feature development with considerations for technical debt, performance, and security.

Travel Requirements

• Travel is expected to be between 10-25%, including overnight stays.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management, ideally within the health IT vendor sector, with both strategic and tactical experience.
• At least 3 years of experience working with home health or home care solutions.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models, pricing strategies, and customer management practices.
• Advanced skills in product roadmap planning and prioritization.
• Proficiency in customer journey mapping and Voice of Customer (VoC) analysis.
• Exceptional cross-functional leadership and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to data analytics to inform decisions effectively.
• Excellent communication skills for understanding customer needs, articulating vision, and creating comprehensive product requirements and market-facing documents.
• Capability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders across various departments to drive product success.
• In-depth knowledge of Agile Product Management and Development principles; Agile/Scrum training or certification is advantageous.
• Familiarity with SaaS product health metrics and configuration concepts.
• Experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies and plans.
• Proficient in using tools like Jira, Confluence, Aha!, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of API integration development, third-party support, web application frameworks, and database concepts.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with customers and team members.
• Experience collaborating with international business analysts and engineering teams.

Practical notes

• This position offers a competitive salary range of $155,000 to $165,000 per year, excluding variable compensation. Your starting salary will be determined based on various factors, including experience, education, and location.
