About the role
In the role of Project Manager for Payer Implementation at Hhaexchange, you will take the lead in managing and executing product implementations aimed at enhancing client engagement and ensuring customer satisfaction. As the primary point of contact for clients, you will serve as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation process, guiding them through each phase to achieve successful outcomes. This position requires a blend of project management expertise and a deep understanding of the healthcare sector, making it essential for fostering strong relationships with clients and internal teams.

What you'll do
- Spearhead the implementation initiatives for Hhaexchange by meticulously planning and engaging with clients to meet project goals for launch and ongoing success.
- Act as a key leader and advisor for a diverse portfolio of clients during all phases of their implementation projects.
- Organize and facilitate product training and configuration sessions tailored to client needs.
- Provide both remote and on-site support during the "go-live" phases of projects as necessary.
- Identify and assess customer business and system requirements to provide tactical planning recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal project teams across various departments to create and execute project plans that ensure optimal client success.
- Oversee current project implementations by conducting regular meetings, updating project timelines, and addressing any issues with both supervisors and client representatives.
- Develop and present customer-facing reports, including weekly status updates, presentations, and relevant documentation.
- Manage multiple implementations simultaneously, ensuring that both internal and external team members remain on track.
- Continuously seek ways to refine the implementation methodology to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Draft, review, and assist in the approval of all essential implementation documents.
- Coordinate and lead regular customer conference calls for governance and troubleshooting purposes.
- Proactively address and resolve friction points that may arise during project execution with both customers and project teams.
- Deepen your understanding of the company's software applications and business solutions to better serve clients.
- Maintain positive relationships with all clients, consistently projecting a favorable image of Hhaexchange.
- Focus on individual, departmental, and organizational key performance indicators, ensuring that contributions are aligned with success metrics.

Travel Requirements
- Expect to travel up to 10% of the time, which may include overnight stays.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree is required.
- PMP certification is either in progress or already obtained.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, particularly in software implementation and client-facing roles.
- In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry is essential.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (such as Waterfall and Agile) and the PMBOK framework is necessary.
- Experience with MS Project or similar project management tools is required.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and self-direct as needed.
- Excellent communication, listening, and decision-making abilities are crucial.
- A proven history of delivering projects on time and within the defined scope.
- Capability to build robust relationships with both clients and internal team members.
- A collaborative and engaging approach when working across functions.
- Understanding of customer and market dynamics is important.
- Willingness to travel to client sites for on-site service delivery as required.
- Proficiency in the MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

- Hhaexchange offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $125,000, excluding variable compensation, with the final salary determined by factors such as experience and education.
