About the role
You will architect and own the end-to-end performance of HHAeXchange's top-of-funnel demand engine, aligning digital campaigns directly with high-intent patient and provider acquisition. In this role, you will translate the complex value of our homecare ecosystem into scalable, measurable journeys that convert across web and paid touchpoints. You will partner with Sales to define the definition of a marketing qualified lead and ensure the handoff drives booked demos and measurable pipeline. You will run structured, data-driven experiments to optimize acquisition cost and conversion rates across all public-facing digital channels. You will take full ownership of the website as a conversion system, ensuring content, forms, and user experience support maximum funnel efficiency. You will manage the full-funnel analytics stack, connecting traffic and engagement data to Closed Won outcomes and revenue impact. You will act as the central strategist between product, sales, and marketing, using performance insights to refine messaging and targeting continuously. This is a hands-on role for a marketer who thrives on connecting campaign activity to booked revenue and demonstrable pipeline growth.

What you'll do
Own the performance marketing engine for new logo acquisition, orchestrating digital channels to drive scalable, high-intent demand.
Architect and run continuous A B tests across landing pages, calls to action, forms, and messaging to improve conversion rates and reduce cost per acquisition.
Manage the HHAeXchange public website as a conversion system, optimizing content, user flows, and calls to action for patient and provider journeys.
Partner with the Sales team to tighten marketing to sales handoffs, analyzing drop off points and improving the flow from inquiry to booked demo.
Leverage full-funnel analytics to connect marketing touchpoints through registration, sales engagement, and Closed Won, reporting on true pipeline and revenue impact.
Develop and activate targeted campaigns for distinct audience segments, including patients seeking home care and professional care providers.
Build and maintain dashboards that track channel performance, cohort behavior, and funnel health to guide data-driven optimizations.
Collaborate with product and sales leadership to refine value propositions, messaging, and positioning based on conversion and pipeline feedback.
Implement and refine lead scoring and routing logic to ensure high quality marketing qualified leads are routed swiftly to the sales team.
Oversee budget management and media planning for key digital channels, balancing reach, frequency, and cost efficiency against pipeline goals.
Coordinate with customer success and product teams to identify referenceable outcomes and proof points that strengthen campaign credibility and conversion.
Define and track core funnel metrics including traffic to lead conversion, cost per acquisition, marketing sourced pipeline, and closed loop revenue.
Run channel-specific experiments across search, social, display, and referral programs, scaling what works and retiring underperforming tactics.
Act as the subject matter expert on digital acquisition trends and tools, bringing best in market thinking to shape our evolving martech stack.
Requirements
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship for H-1B or other work visas now or at any time during the employment term.
Must reside and be able to work in the New York City Metropolitan Area.
Must be able to perform each essential job duty with or without reasonable accommodation in accordance with applicable disability laws.
Must have at least eight years of experience in demand generation, performance marketing, or growth roles within the homecare, healthcare services, or related regulated industries.
Must have a track record of owning full-funnel analytics, connecting digital campaigns to pipeline and revenue using platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics.
Must demonstrate experience running conversion rate optimization programs, including A B testing, landing page optimization, and user journey mapping.
Must have hands on experience managing paid digital campaigns, including search, social, and display, with a history of optimizing toward cost per acquisition and qualified pipeline.
Must possess strong analytical skills, comfort with data dashboards, and the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets to guide marketing decisions.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross functional stakeholders, including Sales, Product, and Customer Success.
Nice to have
Prior experience working within or selling to the home and community based care, senior living, or health and human services sector.
Experience with marketing automation platforms, customer data platforms, and a documented history of integrating CRM and advertising systems.
Background in regulated industries where compliance and privacy considerations impact marketing programs.
Experience aligning marketing metrics with sales outcomes and revenue reporting to executive leadership.
Practical notes
This position is hybrid, with expectations to work onsite three days per week in the New York City Metropolitan Area to support team collaboration and engagement.
