Position Overview
This position provides strategic oversight for quality systems within our fulfillment network. You will act as a key leader responsible for ensuring food safety and quality standards are met across multiple centers. Your work will establish the foundation for operational excellence and consistent product integrity.
Core Responsibilities
You will architect and maintain robust supplier quality management frameworks. This involves creating policies, onboarding protocols, and managing certificate of analysis documentation for all distribution points. A critical focus will be developing quantifiable food safety performance indicators. You will analyze audit outcomes, customer complaints, and non-conformance reports to identify trends and drive corrective actions.
Leading continuous improvement efforts is central to this position. You will standardize procedures across eight distribution centers and explore opportunities for technological integration. You will serve as a bridge between departments, aligning procurement and operations teams with corporate quality objectives. Preparing for external and internal audits will be a regular duty, ensuring all documentation supports compliance.
You will cultivate a culture focused on the end consumer. This means embedding a mindset dedicated to delivering high-quality products and outstanding service. Advanced data tools will be used to monitor and report on quality metrics, providing clear visibility to stakeholders. You will manage quality platforms to track ingredient certification and supplier compliance history.
Professional Profile
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree, with a Master's degree in Food Science, Supply Chain, or a related discipline being highly valued. A minimum of three years of professional experience in Quality Assurance, Supply Chain Management, Vendor Management, or Food Manufacturing is required. You must demonstrate expertise in managing technical specifications and controlling documentation.
A deep understanding of food safety systems is non-negotiable. You should be proficient in HACCP principles, SQF and GMP standards, and regulatory compliance methods. Practical experience with quality management software is essential.

Requirements
You must possess a Bachelor's Degree as a minimum educational requirement for this position. A Master's degree in Food Science, Supply Chain, or a related discipline is highly valued and strongly preferred. You must bring a minimum of three years of professional experience within the domains of Quality Assurance, Supply Chain Management, Vendor Management, or Food Manufacturing. This role is eligible for our comprehensive compensation package which includes a competitive base salary. The base salary includes an immediate 401k retirement contribution that vests immediately.
