What you'll do
- Define and implement talent acquisition strategies, setting clear goals and performance standards for the team aligned with business objectives and hiring volume.

- Partner with HR Operations and cross-functional teams to guarantee complete, compliant onboarding and pre-employment processes.

- Build and nurture strong relationships with hiring managers, senior leaders, and other stakeholders to align recruitment outcomes with business priorities.

Requirements
- You possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience that provides a strong foundation for talent acquisition responsibilities.
- You have a proven track record in recruitment or people operations, demonstrating your ability to manage high-volume hiring and complex stakeholder environments.
- You are experienced in coaching and developing teams, with a clear history of improving performance and capability within a TA context.
- You show strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment process tools that support accurate reporting and efficient workflows.
