About the role
In this role, you safeguard people, places, and assets by managing the full lifecycle of physical security operations. You respond to incidents, maintain systems, and partner with IT and vendors to keep facilities secure. You analyze issues, track performance metrics, and communicate clearly so risks are managed quickly and accurately. You oversee the integrity of security infrastructure across multiple sites and ensure that procedures align with operational needs. You serve as a key point of contact for security related issues and help maintain continuity across distributed locations. You evaluate emerging risks and support the implementation of controls that protect personnel and property. You contribute to a culture of safety by ensuring that security practices are understood and followed at every level.

What you'll do
- Log and prioritize security support requests while analyzing faults and change needs in asset protection workflows.
- Coordinate vendor engagements, verify that work is completed, and manage camera, S2 Node, and related equipment installations or removals.
- Monitor Lenel S2 Netbox and Exacqvision platforms, triage alerts, and escalate complex events to level two support.
- Collaborate with IT teams to resolve network outages and infrastructure issues that affect security devices.
- Maintain current training materials and versioned documentation so procedures remain accurate and accessible.
- Provide remote troubleshooting for urgent security system issues across multiple sites.
- Oversee card access, video management, and risk management platforms, bringing a minimum of two years of multi-site system oversight.
- Translate technical security processes for internal stakeholders in a clear, reliable manner.
- Perform regular audits of security devices to confirm that configurations remain aligned with standards.
- Investigate patterns in incident data to identify trends and recommend preventive improvements.
- Support the execution of security projects from initial scoping through deployment and review.
- Facilitate cross functional communication to ensure that security requirements are reflected in operational plans.
- Validate that vendor deliverables meet contractual expectations and are completed within agreed timeframes.
- Maintain inventory records for security equipment and consumables to support budgeting and planning.
- Assist in the development of playbooks that guide responses to common physical security scenarios.
Requirements
- At least two years of experience as a Security or AP Supervisor.
- Hands-on experience with Lenel S2 Netbox and video management platforms such as Exacqvision.
- Familiarity with basic IT network protocols and the ability to manage systems across distributed locations.
- Demonstrated experience running access control, video, and incident or risk management tools for a minimum of two years.
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule with approximately 25% travel between facilities.
- Eligibility to work in the United States for the locations listed.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with internal teams and vendors.
- Reliability and attention to detail in managing security related tasks and documentation.

Work location and schedule
