Revenue Operations Manager
Job description
About the role
Insights & AI Manager, Care Partnerships
This position is central to how Headway supports one of its fastest-growing channels. The role owns the analytical foundation and intelligence layer for the Care Partnerships team. You will connect partner strategy with technical execution, using data and AI to scale referral relationships. The goal is to turn complex operational information into clear guidance for teams selling and supporting mental healthcare access.
The Care Partnerships function develops and manages relationships with hospitals, clinics, and health systems. These partnerships create the referral pathways that connect patients to providers. You will work alongside this group from initial contact through expansion. Your analysis will help these teams understand risk, prioritize accounts, and demonstrate value to leadership.
This is an individual contributor position with high visibility. You will build the systems that power decision-making for revenue operations in this channel. Success means the Care Partnerships team can operate with greater clarity and efficiency. You will remove ambiguity from the funnel and make performance visible.
What You'll Do
You will identify patterns in partner behavior that indicate risk or opportunity. Using predictive analysis, you will highlight accounts that require focused attention. This helps outreach teams concentrate on the relationships most likely to succeed.
You will construct tools for self-service analytics. These resources will allow partner success and business development staff to explore their own data. The aim is to reduce dependency on centralized reporting for routine questions.
You will deliver structured strategic analysis to the team. This includes breakdowns of the referral funnel, measurements of account health, and benchmarks for conversion. These insights will be used to guide ongoing actions and refine playbooks.
You will own the reporting infrastructure used for go-to-market decisions. This involves instrumentation, data pipelines, and dashboard logic. You will ensure that every new product feature is instrumented from day one. This allows experiments to generate reliable evidence about impact.
You will partner with product and engineering teams. Your role will ensure that data requirements are part of every launch. You will define success metrics before a feature ships. This creates a feedback loop between production and performance.
Requirements
You bring a background in analytical or operational roles in demanding environments. Experience in consulting, banking, analytics, or strategy and operations is expected. Exposure to healthcare, marketplace, or revenue operations is a plus but not required.
You have a rigorous approach to data. You are fluent in SQL and data modeling. You are capable of building metrics from scratch. You understand the difference between a good operating cadence and a weak one.
You are fluent with AI tools and understand how to apply them to business problems. You have used these technologies in sales or go-to-market contexts. You look for practical applications rather than theoretical exploration.
You are a builder who works with undefined challenges. You can design infrastructure for problems that have no existing solution. You take ownership of the work without needing a fixed plan. You communicate with precision and defend your recommendations.
Compensation and Benefits
This role is remote. The compensation range is $140,000 to $180,000 USD per year. Headway participates in E-Verify. More information on this program can be found on the official government site.
