You will own the full consultative sales cycle for physician and advanced practice provider recruitment, acting as the primary point of contact for both clients and candidates throughout the entire placement journey. This role requires you to source, engage, and qualify high-quality talent while simultaneously building and maintaining a robust book of business through disciplined outreach and relationship management. You will leverage a performance-driven mindset to execute high-volume activities, translate complex client needs into tailored solutions, and partner closely with internal support teams to ensure seamless credentialing, licensing, and compliance. What you'll do
- Source and engage physicians through proactive outreach, networking, and in-depth research to build a diverse and responsive talent pipeline.
- Build and grow a book of business using a consultative sales approach, with telephone engagement as a primary driver of business growth and relationship deepening.
- Execute high-volume outbound activity, including cold calling, to consistently introduce opportunities and maintain top-of-mind awareness among target audiences.
- Conduct consultative conversations to uncover candidate needs, motivations, and career goals while aligning opportunities with precise client requirements.
- Match physicians to opportunities that reflect clinical specialty, location preferences, and facility expectations to optimize placement success.
- Maintain and grow relationships through ongoing outreach, value-added communication, and strategic follow-up to ensure retention and repeat business.
- Partner with internal teams on licensing, credentialing, and compliance processes to ensure all placements meet regulatory and institutional standards.
- Deliver a high-touch candidate experience while managing multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholder expectations with professionalism and care.
- Leverage sales analytics and pipeline management techniques to track progress, identify blockers, and maximize conversion rates across all stages of the funnel.
- Represent Hayeslocums with integrity and professionalism in all interactions, reinforcing the brand's reputation for reliability, service excellence, and ethical recruiting practices.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine strategies, share market feedback, and contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment and sales methodologies.
- Utilize training frameworks, playbooks, and enablement resources to maintain consistent performance, accelerate ramp time, and support long-term growth objectives.
Requirements

- You must be based in-office in Fort Lauderdale, FL to ensure seamless collaboration with internal teams and participation in our dynamic workplace culture.
