What you'll do
You will mentor and manage a team of Revenue Operations Solution Engineers, distributing workloads, providing coaching, and driving performance development across the practice. You will act as the primary escalation path for the most complex client and technical challenges, ensuring issues are resolved with precision and minimal disruption. You will own or guide strategic client relationships, placing emphasis on consistent communication quality, rigorous delivery standards, and measurable client satisfaction outcomes. You will lead and support comprehensive Salesforce, HubSpot, and marketing automation audits, implementations, integrations, and ongoing optimization initiatives. You will provide expert-level knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Account Engagement/Pardot, and the HubSpot Marketing Hub to inform solution design. You will architect lifecycle frameworks, lead management systems, routing protocols, automation workflows, CRM/MAP integrations, attribution models, reporting structures, and data governance models. You will convert intricate technical discoveries and audit findings into clear, actionable recommendations tailored for both executive stakeholders and non-technical team members. You will review strategist deliverables to ensure technical precision and strategic excellence prior to every client presentation, safeguarding the integrity of the work. You will collaborate with Account Directors and internal leadership to uncover expansion and cross-sell potential, identifying new revenue opportunities within existing client ecosystems. You will assist in scoping, solution design, and active participation in new business discussions specifically for RevOps initiatives and engagements. You will develop repeatable processes, documentation, playbooks, and technical standards as the Revenue Operations practice continues to mature and scale. You will maintain oversight of project status, team capacity, utilization rates, and delivery risk factors to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
Requirements
You must possess a minimum of 5 years of cumulative experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, CRM consulting, marketing automation, or a closely related field that demonstrates deep operational exposure. You are required to have 1-2 or more years of formal people leadership experience, proving your ability to manage, coach, and develop team members effectively. You must hold a current Salesforce Administrator Certification as proof of your foundational platform knowledge and commitment to professional standards. You must have hands-on expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud implementation and administration, including configuration, customization, and ongoing management. You are required to have extensive experience with Salesforce Account Engagement/Pardot, evidenced by either a Pardot certification or 2-3 years of practical implementation and administration within real-world scenarios. You must possess a strong background in HubSpot Marketing Hub, including automation, lifecycle management, data architecture, integrations, and advanced reporting capabilities. You must demonstrate a documented history of leading complex CRM and marketing automation implementations, evaluations, migrations, or optimization projects from conception to completion. You must master lead lifecycle, routing, attribution, CRM integrations, automation logic, and data governance principles to ensure scalable and efficient operations. You must have proven capability to lead conversations with senior clients and translate complex technical subjects into clear, business-oriented recommendations that drive decisions. You must exhibit exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to manage client expectations and navigate sensitive discussions with professionalism. You must have the capacity to balance leadership responsibilities with direct technical contributions across diverse marketing technology stacks, remaining involved in hands-on execution when necessary.
Nice to have
Prior agency experience is strongly valued, providing a deeper understanding of client-facing demands and fast-paced environments. A consulting or professional services background is also highly relevant for those accustomed to structured delivery and methodology-driven work. Salesforce Account Engagement/Pardot certification is preferred and demonstrates advanced expertise in the marketing automation ecosystem. Additional Salesforce certifications are encouraged to broaden your technical credibility and platform mastery. HubSpot certifications are preferred, indicating a commitment to best practices within the HubSpot ecosystem. Experience working within Canadian time zones and supporting remote collaboration is valued to ensure seamless communication and alignment with the distributed team structure.
Practical notes
This is a full-time remote position based in Canada. The role operates under a $130,000 to $170,000 USD annual compensation structure. Travel is not required, and no visa sponsorship is provided for this position. The engagement is full-time, requiring availability during Canadian business hours for optimal collaboration.
