About the role
Harvey is building an AI-native marketing organization and requires a leader to design its core operating system. You will oversee the technology, data architecture, and automation strategies that drive the company's marketing performance. In this capacity, you will serve as the central architect of the marketing engine, ensuring that all systems operate with coherence and efficiency. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of marketing programs, from initial concept through execution and optimization. This position demands a strategic thinker who can translate high-level business objectives into tangible technical requirements. You will be responsible for aligning cross-functional partners around a shared vision for data and automation. The role requires a balance of technical depth and operational leadership to scale initiatives responsibly. You will establish the foundational frameworks that allow the marketing team to execute at speed and with precision.

What you'll do
- Architect and manage the end-to-end marketing technology stack, including CRM, automation, attribution, lead routing, and data visualization tools.
- Design and deploy agentic workflows and automation into production environments to eliminate manual tasks and reduce operational friction.
- Engineer unified reporting frameworks that provide clear visibility into campaign ROI, pipeline attribution, and overall marketing performance.
- Create and maintain the lead lifecycle infrastructure, encompassing scoring models, routing logic, and detailed funnel definitions.
- Establish and enforce data governance standards, privacy compliance protocols, and consent management systems across all marketing activities.
- Build, develop, and lead a high-performing global team structure as marketing investments and complexity scale over time.
- Oversee marketing budget management, strategic vendor negotiations, and the optimization of technology renewals.
- Partner closely with finance, sales, and GTM systems teams to ensure alignment on revenue targets and data-driven strategic decisions.
- Define and implement experimentation frameworks to test hypotheses regarding channel performance and user engagement.
- Drive the integration of third-party data sources and enrichment providers to enhance audience intelligence and targeting precision.
- Lead the documentation of standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and repeatability in marketing operations.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement and revenue acceleration.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance stakeholders to ensure all marketing activities adhere to regulatory requirements.
- Mentor team members on best practices for data analysis, enabling them to make informed decisions using analytics tools.
Requirements
- Possess 10+ years of cumulative experience in marketing operations, growth operations, or marketing analytics roles.
- Demonstrate 5+ years of proven experience in managing and mentoring teams, with a track record of developing talent.
- Show hands-on technical proficiency with B2B marketing stacks and a variety of CRM systems, including implementation and configuration.
- Exhibit the ability to write SQL queries and manage marketing data pipelines for troubleshooting, analysis, and optimization.
- Provide evidence of building production-grade AI and automation workflows that are scalable and reliable in enterprise settings.
- Present a background in developing sophisticated attribution models that successfully link marketing activity to sales pipeline and revenue.
- Highlight experience managing data privacy frameworks, including GDPR and CCPA, and marketing technology budget oversight.
- Detail a history of successfully scaling marketing operations in high-growth, fast-moving, and ambiguous business environments.
- Bring a strong understanding of data modeling principles and how they apply to marketing dashboards and reporting structures.
- Show commitment to continuous learning and adaptability in a sector characterized by rapid technological change.
