About the role
You will own the end-to-end strategy and execution of Harvey's global integrated marketing campaigns from insight to impact. You will translate complex enterprise realities into clear, evidence-based narratives that resonate with sophisticated legal, finance, and tax leaders. This role demands that you set the strategic direction for priority audiences and ensure every campaign activity connects to measurable business outcomes. You will act as a strategic operator who writes the messaging, interprets the data, and iterates in real time based on performance. You will define the operating model that allows campaigns to scale efficiently across regions and segments. You will raise the bar for creative and analytical excellence across the marketing organization. You will partner deeply with product, sales, and GTM leaders to align initiatives with the most critical growth priorities. You will ensure that AI is used as a core capability to design, personalize, and optimize campaigns at scale.

What you'll do
- Define and own Harvey's global integrated campaign strategy, including audience segmentation, positioning, and campaign architecture that drives awareness, engagement, pipeline, and revenue.
- Conduct and synthesize primary research to build audience insights, translating qualitative signals into credible messaging and positioning for sophisticated enterprise buyers.
- Partner with product, sales, and business leadership to turn company priorities into market-facing programs that align business impact with audience needs.
- Design and orchestrate coordinated campaigns across digital, social, communications, analyst relations, events, field marketing, and alliances to create coherent brand experiences.
- Establish the measurement framework for campaigns, defining KPIs, dashboards, and attribution models that connect marketing activity to business outcomes.
- Build, coach, and scale the campaign team and operating model, clarifying roles, processes, and accountability for strategic owners.
- Set the standard for creative and strategic quality, defining what great campaign thinking looks like in insight, message craft, execution, and rigor.
- Apply AI throughout the campaign lifecycle to enhance audience research, modeling, creative development, personalization, experimentation, and performance analysis.
- Develop repeatable AI-native playbooks that elevate the capabilities of the broader marketing organization and increase team productivity.
- Lead the development of category-building moments and major launches that position Harvey as a category leader in legal and professional services AI.
- Collaborate with sales to design and execute go-to-market motions that close the loop between marketing outcomes and revenue results.
- Champion data-driven decision making, using experimentation and learning to continuously improve campaign performance.
- Build strong relationships with external partners, analysts, and media to amplify Harvey's message and credibility.
- Own the end-to-end accountability for campaign results, ensuring that programs are aligned to clear business objectives.
- Document and share learnings to institutionalize best practices and accelerate future campaign success.
Requirements
- 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, including significant ownership of integrated campaigns, demand generation, or go-to-market programs within enterprise software or high-growth SaaS.
- A record of building and scaling teams, programs, or operating models and introducing structure without adding unnecessary process.
- Experience building and leading high-performing marketing teams, setting direction, and developing people to deliver results.
- Demonstrated success managing complex, cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- A history of using data to inform decisions, define KPIs, and prove the impact of marketing investments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence at the executive level and translate complex ideas into clear messages.
- Comfort working with enterprise stakeholders, including legal, finance, tax, and procurement leaders in regulated environments.
- Self-driven ownership and a bias for action, with the discipline to prioritize deeply and deliver against demanding timelines.
- Experience with AI tools and methodologies in marketing is strongly preferred and must be part of your recent work history.
