About the role
You will own the end to end execution and strategic structuring of complex deals within a high velocity sales environment. This role requires you to act as the critical link between sales, finance, and legal to ensure every opportunity is accurately priced, compliant, and ready to close. You will spend significant time inside Salesforce and CPQ systems maintaining data integrity and supporting quoting workflows. A major portion of your focus will be analyzing pricing scenarios and building models that align with customer usage patterns and internal guardrails. You will directly support the scaling of deal operations by identifying bottlenecks and proposing process improvements backed by telemetry. This position demands comfort with ambiguity and the ability to drive decisions quickly on incomplete information. You will represent the Deal Desk on cross functional initiatives to standardize documentation and elevate the quality of customer interactions.

What you'll do
- Execute and validate customer orders to confirm accuracy, adherence to pricing rules, and compliance with contracting policies before booking and billing.
- Partner with Sales representatives in Salesforce opportunity management, guiding them through quoting workflows and maintaining rigorous deal hygiene.
- Triage and manage a high volume Deal Operations ticketing queue, delivering timely responses and maintaining clear communication with internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Deal Desk on pricing approvals, contract structures, and the end to end execution of complex transactions.
- Serve as the first point of contact for Sales teams seeking guidance on Salesforce and CPQ related questions and issues.
- Gather business requirements and support ad hoc enhancements to CRM and CPQ systems, including user acceptance testing and quality assurance.
- Roll out new workflows, custom fields, and guardrails to improve data quality and user experience across sales operations.
- Develop scenario based pricing models that project usage, ARR impact, and credit allotment to support deal structuring and executive decision making.
- Analyze product telemetry data related to feature utilization and token consumption to inform pricing assumptions and negotiation strategies.
- Synthesize and escalate deal approvals through the appropriate leadership chain to keep momentum in fast moving opportunities.
- Document sales and deal desk processes, creating guides and training materials that improve consistency and enablement across the organization.
- Surface recurring process inefficiencies and propose actionable improvements that align with the company's strategic priorities.
- Act as an operational partner during system rollouts, contributing to requirement documentation, test case design, and workflow validation.
- Support the adoption of consumption or usage based pricing models where relevant to customer segments and product lines.
- Use AI tools thoughtfully to automate routine analysis and deliver faster insights to internal deal desk and GTM stakeholders.
- Maintain meticulous records of all deal activities within Salesforce to ensure audit readiness and data reliability.
- Coordinate with Finance and Legal to resolve discrepancies in contract terms, payment schedules, and revenue recognition rules.
- Monitor deal cycle times and identify constraints within the quote to cash process, recommending optimizations where possible.
- Communicate proactively with stakeholders to manage expectations and provide transparent updates on deal status and approvals.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Harvey platform by testing new features and providing feedback based on frontline experience.
Requirements
- Bring 2 to 4 or more years of professional experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a financial analytical capacity.
- Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail when reviewing complex deal structures and contractual language.
- Communicate with clarity and confidence to Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations stakeholders at all levels.
- Thrive in a fast paced environment where processes are still being defined and priorities shift frequently.
- Navigate Salesforce effectively, with proven experience in opportunity management and quoting workflows.
- Understand how CPQ tools function, including Salesforce CPQ, DealHub, Ironclad CLM, or similar platforms.
- Experience with ticketing or queue based support models using systems such as Zendesk, Jira, or Salesforce cases.
- Participate in CRM and CPQ improvement initiatives, including documenting requirements, testing, and supporting system rollouts.
- Use Excel or Google Sheets at an advanced level to construct pricing models and perform scenario analysis.
- Show an aptitude for leveraging AI tools to increase efficiency for internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Exposure to usage based or consumption based pricing models is considered a valuable asset.
- Hold the right to work in the United Kingdom and meet all legal employment requirements for the London location.

- Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic sales operations context.
