The successful candidate will own the end-to-end lifecycle of partnership initiatives, translating high-level corporate objectives into actionable commercial frameworks. You will be responsible for discovering and establishing the structural partnerships that enable Harvey's technology to integrate deeply into enterprise workflows. The position demands a proactive stance in analyzing market opportunities and converting abstract potential into concrete strategic plans. You will directly influence the product roadmap by articulating partner and market feedback to ensure alignment with technical capabilities. - Serve as the primary liaison between Harvey's executive team and prospective enterprise partners.
- Establish key performance indicators to measure partner success and inform future strategic adjustments.
- Develop enablement materials and training programs to ensure partner teams can effectively represent and sell the platform.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and vendors to assess potential collaboration or acquisition targets.
- Monitor the competitive landscape to identify threats and opportunities within the legal technology sector.
- Drive the commercialization of new features by aligning internal stakeholders around a unified partnership vision.
Requirements
- Hold a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in corporate development, product management, or business development.
- Possess a background in early-stage, high-growth environments where you helped build partner motions from the ground up.
- Demonstrate a proven track record in managing executive-level relationships and closing complex, multi-stakeholder contracts.
- Bring experience working collaboratively with product teams to launch, iterate, and distribute technology solutions at scale.
- Exhibit a strong ability to influence stakeholders across internal functions without direct authority or hierarchical control.
- Show a strong grasp of AI technology and its practical application within knowledge-based industries such as legal, finance, and consulting.
- Display comfort operating within ambiguous, fast-changing environments where priorities shift rapidly.
