What you'll do
- Develop and implement a comprehensive enterprise risk management framework that aligns with Hamilton's strategic objectives and regulatory requirements.

- Collaborate with senior leadership and various departments to integrate risk management practices into business processes and decision-making.

- Act as the primary point of contact for external auditors and regulatory bodies regarding risk management practices and compliance issues.

Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in risk management, with a proven track record in a leadership role within a financial services or insurance environment.
- Strong understanding of enterprise risk management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in developing and implementing risk management policies and procedures.
