Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
- At least one year of experience in claims processing, insurance, or a related analytical role is preferred.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple claims simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Familiarity with insurance regulations and claims management systems is a plus.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
