Regional Sales Manager
Job description
About the role
You will own the end-to-end sales performance for your assigned territory in Queensland, setting the strategy and pace for how Halter is introduced to new farming operations. You will hire, coach, and develop a team of Territory Managers, building their skills so they can confidently run farm meetings and manage their own pipelines. You will champion the Halter value proposition in every interaction, ensuring the team communicates clearly and consistently to farmers. You will turn the region's momentum into a scalable sales operation by defining processes, refining playbooks, and establishing repeatable methods for success. You will analyze pipeline and forecasting data to identify risks and opportunities, adjusting tactics to hit and exceed targets. You will run regular one-on-ones and ride-alongs, staying close to real farm meetings so you can coach through challenges as they happen. You will shape the culture of the region by modeling resilience, accountability, and a never-give-up attitude that inspires the team. By designing how quotas and commissions evolve as the region scales, you will help build a durable foundation for long-term growth.
