You define quality strategy for global production, own test outcomes, and mentor engineers. This role governs validation evidence and readiness decisions that shape how Halter scales worldwide.

What you'll do
Own the strategy for production test coverage across all sites and products. Define the approach to fixture architecture and the methods used for calibration. Establish the evidence that proves readiness for manufacturing release. Set standards that keep instrumentation, software interfaces, and data flows reliable and repeatable. Drive go or no-go decisions for NPI and major ECNs, balancing fixture, process, product, and firmware considerations. Mentor production test engineers and technicians, elevating the capability of the test team. Lead the design and delivery of production test systems that function consistently at global scale.
Requirements
You must have a track record of leading test teams through development, validation, and production release. Possess deep knowledge of test systems, fixture architecture, calibration methods, data pipelines, and factory operations. Understand how coverage, yield data, traceability, and validation evidence inform production decisions. Communicate effectively to align Production Process, Machine Design, Product Design, Firmware, Production Software, Quality, and factory teams.
