What you'll do

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for enterprise solutions, from ideation to launch and ongoing enhancements.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap that aligns with business goals.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product innovation.
• Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements, ensuring that the development team has a clear understanding of what needs to be built.
• Develop detailed product specifications and user stories to guide the development process.
• Monitor product performance through key metrics and analytics, using insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Engage with enterprise clients to gather feedback, understand their challenges, and ensure that our products meet their expectations.
• Facilitate cross-departmental communication to ensure alignment on product goals and timelines, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders, showcasing product updates, performance metrics, and future plans.
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to keep Bamboohr at the forefront of innovation in the telecommunications sector.
• Manage the product budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to maximize ROI.
• Mentor junior product team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their roles.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably within the telecommunications or technology sectors.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing enterprise-level products.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as JIRA or Trello.
• Familiarity with user experience (UX) design principles and practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Nice to have

• Experience in the telecommunications industry, particularly in enterprise solutions.
• Knowledge of cloud computing and software as a service (SaaS) models.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and tools.
