What you'll do
Own the analysis across the Growth & Marketing function to answer critical commercial questions using self-served data in the warehouse.
Analyze marginal CAC and overall spend efficiency to identify opportunities for scaling customer acquisition while improving performance.
Translate complex marketing metrics into clear narratives that guide decisions and initiatives aimed at improving marketing ROI beyond standard reporting.
Execute decisions driven by analytics, taking ownership of testing and implementation rather than limiting work to dashboard production.
Leverage SQL mastery to write complex queries in BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, or similar platforms to pull data and self-serve reliable answers.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders, demonstrating fluency across teams to translate data into action for commercial owners and leadership.
Monitor marketing performance in real time, building and maintaining dashboards, reporting frameworks, and measurement structures that track conversion, CAC, and ROI.
Design and analyze experiments across content, paid ads, email, events, and search to identify winning tactics and iterate based on results.
Utilize advanced techniques such as MMM/MTA to understand channel contribution and optimize multi-channel investment in subscription tech devices across Europe.
Continuously challenge existing assumptions, using data to drive marketing data strategy, refine reporting frameworks, and empower data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Requirements
SQL mastery is required, with demonstrated ability to write complex queries in BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, or similar data platforms.
Deep marketing analytics experience within a Marketing or Commercial function is required, preferably gained in fast-paced e-commerce or B2C environments.
A proven track record of impacting key marketing metrics is required, including increases in conversion, reductions in CAC, and improvements in ROI.
Ownership beyond analysis is required, including the ability to execute on decisions driven by insights and not only to produce dashboards or reports.
Strong cross-functional fluency is required, showing the capacity to work effectively with diverse teams and communicate data-driven recommendations to commercial stakeholders.
Experience with performance marketing channels such as Google Shopping, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads is expected to inform analysis and recommendations.
