About the role
Greenhouse seeks a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own the end to end story and go to market motion for its core platform. This position requires deep customer empathy and the ability to convert research into clear narratives that drive measurable adoption. You will partner closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and channel and partner teams to shape new offerings and define how they appear in the market. This is a full time position based anywhere in the United States. The target compensation band is $156,800 to $231,200 USD per year.
Responsibilities
You will own product marketing for priority features, guiding positioning and messaging from concept through launch and early commercialization. This includes translating market research and customer feedback into crisp problem statements, use cases, and success criteria before work begins. You will shape new solutions with Product, defining the initial commercial hypothesis, including target segments, use cases, and value metrics.
You will define and refine packaging and offers, such as tiers, bundles, and add ons, collaborating with Product, Pricing, Revenue, and other stakeholders. A core part of the role is building focused GTM plans and enablement assets, including messaging frameworks, pitch narratives, and sales tools that make it easy for field and partner teams to communicate value.
You will run and iterate GTM programs, coordinating campaigns, plays, content, and partner motions to drive awareness, adoption, and advocacy. You will analyze performance readouts and bring insights back into the roadmap and future GTM approaches. You will also coordinate with partners to validate joint narratives and ensure co marketing efforts support shared growth objectives.
Throughout, you will maintain flexible workflows that accommodate shifting priorities while keeping stakeholders aligned and informed. You will oversee end to end GTM execution, closing the loop between insights, iterations, and scalable plays.
What you will bring
You bring five or more years of experience in SaaS product marketing, with a track record of launching offers and serving small to mid sized businesses. You have previously partnered with Product teams to move features and offerings from concept to launch, including validation, targeting, and early packaging hypotheses.
You manage shifting priorities with calm, structured ownership that keeps programs on track and stakeholders coordinated. You communicate complex integrations, workflows, and AI features in language that resonates with customers, the field, and partners. You act as the GTM driver for launches, aligning stakeholders and organizing complex efforts with clarity and precision.
You use data and experiments to inform decisions and refine messaging over time. You embrace AI tools to streamline workflows and focus human energy on creative strategy and high impact work.
What you will love about this role
You are a full stack product marketer who enjoys evolving existing products and developing new ones from idea to market. You craft compelling stories and own the packaging and GTM motion from start to finish. You thrive on owning all aspects of GTM success for your product domain while working closely with Product to develop ideas.
You are a cross functional connector and influencer who partners with Product, Sales, and Marketing and can rally diverse stakeholders around clear narratives and plans. You are a sharp storyteller who turns complex concepts such as integrations, AI workflows, and multi party solutions into simple, concrete stories that resonate.
