What you'll do

• Direct the end-to-end management of the Saronno centre, ensuring daily operations run seamlessly and in compliance with corporate standards.
• Champion the quality and delivery of tutoring services, constantly refining methods to address the specific educational requirements of students.
• Work in tandem with the local team to define and hit educational targets, providing the necessary support to maximize student achievement.

Requirements

• Hold a background in management or leadership, ideally within an educational context, to guide the team effectively.
• Be fully available to work in Saronno for the entire period of the fixed-term contract without exception.
