What you'll do
As the Manager de centro, you will be responsible for the comprehensive oversight of your learning center in the Madrid region. Your primary duties will include supervising the daily activities and administrative tasks necessary to keep the center running smoothly. You will act as the primary point of contact for parents, students, and staff members, serving as the main liaison for all communications and concerns. Ensuring the quality of tutoring sessions is paramount; you will monitor these sessions rigorously to guarantee strict alignment with GoStudent's established standards and pedagogical framework.
Human resources will be a core focus, as you will manage the local recruitment, selection, and onboarding of educational personnel, ensuring the team is always equipped to deliver excellence. Driving student enrollment and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction will be central to your performance metrics. Additionally, you will coordinate scheduling and room allocations to optimize resource utilization and minimize downtime. To support growth, you will also implement marketing initiatives designed to increase the center's visibility and attract new learners.
Financial acumen is essential, as you will be tasked with tracking key financial metrics related to center performance and ensuring strict budget adherence. Compliance is non-negotiable; you must ensure that all operations adhere to local regulations and company policies. To maintain instructional consistency, you will facilitate regular training sessions for tutors. When disruptions occur, you will resolve operational issues promptly to minimize the impact on classes. Building strategic partnerships with local schools and community organizations will be crucial for integration and reputation. You will also analyze student progress data to inform ongoing tutoring adjustments and report accurately to maintain franchise oversight.
Requirements
