About the role
You own the full client journey from the first inquiry to long-term support and success. You combine sales and customer success in one role, managing relationships with both parents and students. You act as a trusted advisor, guiding families toward the most suitable learning solutions. You generate and close deals by presenting tutoring packages and converting interest into firm commitments. You build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and actively work on their satisfaction and retention. You drive upselling initiatives and strategically encourage referrals to grow the customer base. You represent GoStudent as the primary point of contact, ensuring a consistent and inspiring experience. Your work directly fuels the mission of unlocking every child's potential through personalized education.

What you'll do
Identify and qualify new leads by understanding the specific needs of parents and students.
Consult with families to diagnose learning challenges and recommend tailored tutoring solutions.
Match students with suitable tutors based on subject, level, and personal compatibility.
Conduct clear and persuasive presentations of GoStudent's offerings and value proposition.
Negotiate terms and finalize agreements that satisfy both the client and the company.
Own the end-to-end customer journey, ensuring smooth onboarding and continuous support.
Monitor client satisfaction and intervene proactively if concerns or issues arise.
Maintain detailed and accurate records in the CRM system for every interaction and opportunity.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases and improve the customer experience.
Set and track personal performance metrics to ensure consistent growth and target achievement.
Develop a deep understanding of the tutoring market to better address client questions and objections.
Implement upsell strategies that increase customer lifetime value without compromising trust.
Act as a feedback hub, channeling insights from clients into product and service improvements.
Represent GoStudent at local education events or online touchpoints to attract new customers.
Continuously refine your communication style to adapt to diverse personalities and cultural backgrounds.
Requirements
You must possess excellent spoken and written Spanish skills at a C1 or C2 level.
You are comfortable having conversations with parents and students about education and future goals.
You have a strong results-driven mentality and are willing to take initiative in your daily work.
You are persuasive, patient, and able to listen carefully to uncover real needs.
You have experience in sales or customer service, which is considered an advantage.
You have experience using CRM systems, which is considered an advantage.
You are comfortable working in a hybrid environment with 2 to 3 flexible days per week.
You are available to work on Fridays without scheduled meetings to focus on deep work.
You are legally authorized to work in Spain and reside in the Madrid area.
You are passionate about education and motivated by helping children reach their potential.
You have strong interpersonal skills and can build trust quickly with new contacts.
You are comfortable using digital tools and learning new software quickly.
You have a professional attitude and can manage multiple priorities at the same time.
You are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of client information at all times.
Practical notes
This role offers a hybrid schedule with 2 to 3 flexible days each week, along with a policy of no meetings on Fridays. You have the freedom to manage your time while maintaining high productivity. The compensation package includes a base salary between 18000 and 20000 euros per year, plus uncapped commissions based on achieved objectives. Total earnings can reach up to 35000 euros gross annually depending on performance.
