Compensation

What you'll do
- Execute the full scope of work for as directed by the Site Leader.
- Scan incoming items and verify quantities against orders to ensure accuracy during the intake process.
- Build customer orders with meticulous attention to recipes and presentation standards for both beverages and food items.
- Examine inventory levels and organize storage areas, including managing canceled orders and restocking shelves to optimize space.
- Ship prepared orders accurately, coordinating with partner drivers and ensuring the safe movement of goods out of the facility.
- Partner with kitchen teams to receive vendor pallets and immediately resolve any mismatches between received goods and invoices.
- Maintain floor organization by managing waste and strictly adhering to FIFO practices for every product to ensure freshness.
- Handle equipment such as carts, pallet jacks, and dollies to move product safely and efficiently across the facility.
- Navigate the facility, including flights of stairs, to complete tasks across different shift windows and operational zones.
- Process substitutions or contact customers about out-of-stock items to uphold service levels and resolve issues promptly.
- Prepare beverages and meals to standard, ensuring quality and accuracy before items leave the facility to the customer.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products and maintain the kitchen facility in a clean and organized state.
- Mindful pouring and food preparation practices to manage waste and ensure resources remain accessible for the team.
- Verify completed orders through final checks to confirm accuracy, labeling, and readiness for dispatch.
- Support team members during peak periods to ensure operational continuity and meet daily throughput goals.
- Document any discrepancies or damages found during receiving or shipping for further review and resolution.
- Contribute to ongoing process improvements by providing feedback on workflows and potential bottlenecks.

Requirements
Candidates must hold a High School Diploma or GED equivalent to be considered for this role. The ability to lift up to 49 pounds while standing and walking for an entire shift is mandatory for this position. Availability for fluid hours is required, including mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays without exception. A general working knowledge of basic web-based software applications, such as Google G-Suite, is necessary to perform job functions efficiently. The role requires the capability to stand, walk, and navigate multiple floor levels as needed to complete operational tasks. Reliable transportation is essential to ensure punctuality and consistency in attendance. Candidates must be able to pass a background check and meet all company compliance requirements for employment. The physical demands of the role require prolonged periods of movement and manual handling of goods. Attention to detail is critical to prevent errors in order fulfillment and inventory management.
