Recruiting Operations Specialist
Job description
About the role
Gopuff is expanding quickly, and every new facility depends on great people joining the Field team. This role in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania helps make that happen. As a Recruiting Operations Specialist, you will join the People and Culture recruiting team and help move candidates through the talent pipeline from first contact to their first day on the job.
You will own a broad set of coordination and administrative tasks that keep recruiting moving: job reconciliations, offer tracking, onboarding management, I-9 compliance, and more. The Talent Acquisition department is a close-knit team, and you will have the tools, guidance, and support you need to grow and develop your skills. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities, this is a great place to build a career in talent.
Recruiting operations is the quiet engine behind every successful hire. When tracking is accurate, paperwork is complete, and onboarding is organized, recruiters can focus on people instead of problems. That is the work you will do here, and the whole team feels it. It is the kind of role that rewards curiosity, because the better you understand the process, the more value you add.
