Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in operations, retail, supply chain, consulting, or data-driven project management.
- Proven experience leading and managing multi-location teams.
- Experience managing large-scale training and onboarding programs.
- Degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Management, Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, or a related field.
- Ability to solve complex problems and perform analytical work under pressure.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with a focus on swift execution.
- Willingness to travel at least 90% of the time.
- Demonstrated history of achieving and exceeding performance targets in a dynamic setting.
- Comfort with interpreting data sets and using insights to guide decision-making.

- Base Salary Range: $96,900 - $120,750.

This Regional Manager I role places you at the center of Gopuff's mission to deliver everyday essentials in minutes through a network of micro-fulfillment centers. As a leader within Team Blue, you will be accountable for the operational health and growth of your designated territory, which spans multiple United States locations. Your primary responsibility will be to provide daily operational direction and hands-on support to local General Managers, ensuring that each site meets or exceeds key performance indicators. You will act as a coach and mentor, developing staff capabilities and preparing high-potential team members for future advancement within the organization. This involves managing talent development initiatives, including succession planning and conducting performance reviews that drive both individual and team improvement.

You will lead the full hiring lifecycle, including interviewing, selecting, and onboarding new team members to maintain strong operational capacity. To be eligible for this role, you must possess a minimum of 10 years of cumulative experience in operations, retail, supply chain, consulting, or data-driven project management. You must have a proven track record of leading and managing teams across multiple locations, demonstrating scalability and consistency. Experience in managing large-scale training and onboarding programs is essential, as you will be responsible for developing leaders and staff. A bachelor's degree is required, with preference for disciplines such as Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Management, Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics. You must have the ability to solve complex problems and perform analytical work under pressure, often with tight deadlines.
Strong organizational and communication skills are mandatory, with an emphasis on swift execution and attention to detail. You must be comfortable making decisions with incomplete information while still maintaining a high standard of accuracy. The position requires a willingness to travel at least 90% of the time to various sites within your territory. Demonstrated history of achieving and exceeding performance targets in a dynamic, fast-paced environment is a hard requirement. Comfort with interpreting data sets and using insights to guide decision-making is necessary for success in this role. You should be able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and maintain composure in a high-stress operational setting.

This position offers a base salary within the range of $96,900 to $120,750, accompanied by a discretionary annual cash bonus.
