Requirements

• Strong understanding of geological principles, exploration techniques, and data analysis.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams.
• Proficiency in geological software and tools, such as GIS, CAD, and modeling software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to exploration sites as required.
