About the role
You will define and own the end to end product strategy for Giga's Self Improving Agent Platform, translating the vision of autonomous enterprise automation into a clear and executable roadmap. You will lead the discovery, prioritization, and delivery of capabilities that enable agents to resolve a significantly higher percentage of cases without human intervention. You will be responsible for ensuring that multi party interactions involving customers, drivers, and merchants are orchestrated seamlessly and in real time. You will own the requirements and success metrics that ensure the platform remains reliable, compliant, and scalable in regulated, high stakes environments. You will partner closely with engineering and design to turn complex AI concepts into intuitive and robust product experiences. You will synthesize feedback from the world's largest customers to shape features that drive toward 98 percent automated resolution. You will be the primary owner of the agent builder console, the policy engine, and the mechanisms that allow agents to learn and improve continuously.

Define the product vision and execution roadmap for the Self Improving Agent Platform, aligning with Giga's enterprise automation mission.
Translate complex AI agent capabilities into clear requirements and specifications that engineering teams can implement with precision.
Own the strategy for multi party orchestration, ensuring seamless coordination among customers, drivers, and merchants within single sessions.
Design and iterate on emotional intelligence features, including sentiment analysis, adaptive tone matching, and natural conversational flow.
Champion the no code and low code agent configuration platform, including the policy engine, visual scenario builder, and custom code execution infrastructure.
Lead enhancements to knowledge base management and RAG integrations to ensure agents access the most accurate and up contextually relevant information.
Define and own the APIs and developer experience that enable internal and external teams to build, customize, and deploy specialized agents efficiently.
Partner with healthcare providers, financial institutions, and other regulated industries to translate compliance requirements into concrete product capabilities.
Establish patterns for auditability, data privacy, and regulatory adherence within the platform, turning them into core product features.
Drive integrations with incumbent systems such as Zendesk and Salesforce to streamline enterprise deployment and reduce implementation timelines.
Own metrics and feedback loops that identify systemic gaps and autonomously suggest expansions to agent functionality.
Guide agents from handling straightforward inquiries toward resolving the vast majority of cases independently through progressive capability improvements.
Ensure sub 500ms latency across voice, chat, and email channels while maintaining a high quality user and developer experience.
Synthesize customer feedback to close the gap between current automation performance and the expectations of large scale operations.
Define time bound milestones that move the platform from human dependent operations toward highly automated workflows.
Requirements
Demonstrated experience as a product manager in AI, automation, or enterprise software environments.
Strong understanding of large language models, agent architectures, and the technical constraints of real time systems.
Ability to work with ambiguous, rapidly evolving problem spaces while maintaining clarity on product outcomes.
Experience translating complex technical concepts into requirements for cross functional teams.
Proven track record of owning metrics and driving measurable improvements in product performance and customer outcomes.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Comfort operating in fast paced, high stakes environments where accuracy, compliance, and reliability are critical.
Willingness to engage directly with enterprise customers to uncover needs and validate product solutions.
Nice to have
Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare or financial services.
Background in building or managing conversational AI platforms.
Experience with developer tools, APIs, and integrations in distributed systems.
Knowledge of RAG, retrieval systems, and knowledge base management techniques.

Position is based in San Francisco and requires full time commitment.
Compensation range is $165,000 to $220,000 USD annually.
Occasual travel may be required for customer engagements or industry events.
Employment eligibility to work in the United States is required.
