You will be responsible for architecting strategies for U.S. filings and overseeing the full lifecycle of compliance for complex structures. The position demands a hands-on approach to examining intricate deliverables and resolving nuanced technical challenges on a daily basis. You will mentor staff and advise executives, providing guidance on a wide range of international tax matters. - Provide clear, concise, and technically sound advice to executives and stakeholders regarding international tax strategies and compliance obligations.

Requirements
Candidates must have five years of experience managing U.S. international tax compliance for corporate entities, with a proven track record of success.
Demonstrated skill with filings for partnerships and corporations is mandatory, including the preparation of forms such as returns, reports, and other regulatory submissions.
Expertise in regulations related to foreign ownership, including FATCA, FBAR, and other reporting requirements, is essential for this advisory capacity and client-facing role.
You must possess a strong understanding of U.S. tax treaties and their application to cross-border transactions, ensuring compliance and optimization for clients.
The ability to interpret and apply complex tax regulations to real-world scenarios is a non-negotiable requirement for this position.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required to articulate technical concepts to clients and internal teams effectively.
A meticulous attention to detail is necessary to manage multiple deadlines and ensure the accuracy of all tax filings and related documentation.
You must be able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
