What you'll do
- Design and establish intake procedures aimed at capturing detailed requirements prior to the construction of any financial models or reports to ensure clarity and alignment from the outset.
- Construct comprehensive forecasts and provide detailed variance explanations that support critical review meetings with clarity, purpose, and actionable outcomes.
- Examine financial results with a focus on identifying underlying trends and potential risks to be discussed in scheduled review sessions, enabling proactive management responses.
- Shape the development and maintenance of dashboards that translate complex data sets into clear, visual insights utilized during leadership review discussions and strategic assessments.
- Coordinate closely with external advisors, including auditors and consultants, to ensure alignment of documentation and strict adherence to compliance standards during all partnership engagements.
- Establish and maintain robust controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of transactions before they progress toward final approval and reporting.
- Maintain detailed documentation of workflows, processes, and assumptions so that future users can easily understand the decisions and logic behind every procedure.
- Optimize current routines and workflows to automate repetitive tasks, thereby freeing capacity for more strategic review activities, analysis, and value-added work.

Requirements
Candidates must bring a minimum of three years of recent professional experience within the fields of finance or related advisory services to ensure readiness for this interim role.
