What you'll do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing detailed information about our healthcare products.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for healthcare professionals to ensure they understand the features and benefits of our offerings.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies that drive product adoption and increase market share.
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new product development.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders, showcasing the value proposition of our products and how they meet the needs of healthcare providers.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations, standards, and best practices to ensure compliance and quality assurance.
• Assist in the development of marketing materials and promotional campaigns to effectively communicate product benefits to target audiences.
• Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to represent Getzhealthcare and network with potential clients and partners.
• Provide ongoing support to clients post-purchase, ensuring they receive the necessary resources and assistance to maximize product utilization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D and customer service, to ensure a seamless product experience for clients.
• Monitor product performance and gather data to report on sales metrics, customer satisfaction, and market trends.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and systems related to product management and client engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as life sciences, healthcare, or business administration.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, sales, or a related role within the healthcare or medical device industry.
• Strong understanding of healthcare products, market dynamics, and customer needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving product adoption.
• Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
