What you'll do

• Lead the development and execution of product strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives and market demands.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and R&D, to ensure successful product launches and ongoing support.
• Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats within the healthcare landscape.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, distributors, and regulatory bodies, to gather feedback and insights.
• Create and deliver compelling presentations and training sessions for internal teams and external clients, showcasing product features and benefits.
• Monitor product performance post-launch, utilizing metrics and analytics to assess success and identify areas for improvement.
• Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to sales teams in their efforts to promote and sell products effectively.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, working closely with quality assurance and regulatory affairs teams.

• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials, including brochures, website content, and social media campaigns.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as life sciences, biomedical engineering, or healthcare management.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or product marketing within the healthcare industry.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing healthcare products in a competitive environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality standards in the healthcare sector.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and product management software.
• Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
