About the role
You will own the product direction for GetYourGuide's connectivity capabilities that enable external systems and suppliers to integrate with our marketplace at scale. You will shape the strategy and drive execution across a cross-functional team partnering closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Commercial and Operations stakeholders. You will be an integral part of a cross-functional team, working closely with other product managers, engineers, UX designers, researchers, and data professionals. Your role involves creating and executing a vision for a product area, constantly learning from our customers, and iterating to improve the user experience. You will collaborate with our UX team, composed of product designers, researchers, and writers to imagine GetYourGuide beyond its current state, advocate for our users, and turn a bold vision into reality.

What you'll do
Define the vision and strategy for a connectivity product area, translating it into clear priorities and measurable outcomes for the GetYourGuide marketplace.
Own a portfolio that includes both platform capabilities and partner-/supplier-facing integration experiences, balancing speed with long-term scalability to meet evolving market needs.
Build scalable integration foundations by defining standards, reusable patterns, and self-serve capabilities that reduce manual work and improve reliability for internal and external teams.
Drive decision quality and alignment across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Commercial teams - making tradeoffs explicit, documenting rationales, and keeping stakeholders informed throughout the product lifecycle.
Use data and customer insight to identify the highest-leverage opportunities, validate hypotheses, measure success, and iterate based on outcomes to continuously improve the connectivity experience.
Collaborate closely with Engineering to translate product requirements into clear technical specifications and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of integration solutions.
Partner with Design to craft intuitive user flows, interface patterns, and documentation experiences that support both internal users and external suppliers or partners.
Work with Data professionals to establish key performance indicators, set up monitoring dashboards, and conduct analysis that informs prioritization and demonstrates impact.
Engage with Commercial and Operations stakeholders to ensure that connectivity capabilities support business goals, partner needs, and operational workflows effectively.
Champion best practices in product management, including roadmapping, stakeholder communication, and backlog grooming to maintain clarity and focus for the team.
Contribute to the broader product culture at GetYourGuide by sharing learnings, promoting experimentation, and mentoring other team members on product thinking.
Ensure that integration solutions adhere to security, compliance, and reliability standards while enabling a seamless experience for partners and suppliers.
Continuously scan the competitive landscape and industry trends to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation in connectivity.
Act as the primary point of contact for cross-functional decisions related to the connectivity product area, aligning stakeholders and driving execution.
Requirements
5+ years of product management experience in a professional setting, with a track record of delivering measurable results.
Proven experience with platform and/or integration products such as APIs, developer experience, authentication, webhooks, versioning, documentation, partner tooling, migrations/deprecations, or similar complex systems.
Strong ability to lead cross-functional, multi-stakeholder initiatives, including collaboration with commercial and operations teams as well as external partners.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to define success metrics, interpret data, and make evidence-based prioritization decisions in ambiguous situations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to synthesize complex information and convey it clearly to diverse audiences.
A growth mindset and a bias for action, with the capability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Experience working in a collaborative product environment where experimentation, data, and user feedback drive decision-making.

Experience working with external partners or suppliers in a B2B or platform context, understanding their needs and motivations.
Background in travel, tourism, or related consumer-facing domains where connectivity enables marketplace experiences.
Familiarity with modern API design principles, developer documentation best practices, and standards such as OpenAPI or GraphQL.
Knowledge of authentication and authorization patterns such as OAuth, API keys, and token-based security in integration scenarios.
Experience with observability, monitoring, and logging for integration-heavy products to ensure reliability and quick troubleshooting.
Understanding of data pipelines and basic analysis to support measurement, reporting, and continuous improvement of integration performance.
Practical notes
Work from anywhere in the world for 30 days per year.
A hybrid working approach with three days of in-office collaboration (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday) and two days of optional at-home focus time.
