About the role
You own partner growth in the Americas, shaping strategy and execution for connectivity across North and South America. You drive supplier success and traveler delight by designing thoughtful integrations and making data driven decisions that enhance the traveler experience. You act as the main liaison between our platform and key partners in the region, ensuring alignment and shared objectives. You bring 3+ years in account management, partner integrations, or business development within connectivity contexts to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes. You communicate fluently in English and at least one additional language spoken across American markets to build authentic relationships. You build strong relationships with stakeholders at every level while maintaining clarity and empathy in every interaction. You manage competing priorities with a proactive mindset, working autonomously in changing environments and ambiguous situations. You adapt quickly to change and operate effectively within agile workflows and shifting demands to keep initiatives on track.

What you'll do
Champion supplier expansion by designing and running connectivity initiatives across North and South America to unlock new market opportunities. Architect integration roadmaps that align tech capabilities with partner needs and broader company goals, ensuring seamless traveler experiences. Champion data led analysis to track partner health and surface opportunities for stronger performance and targeted growth. Champion cross functional collaboration, coordinating engineering, operations, and product teams on joint solutions that address complex challenges. Champion new business by sourcing API integration opportunities and co creating go to market approaches that accelerate adoption. Shape narratives for leadership by translating partner metrics and market signals into clear strategic updates that inform decision making. Champion relationship depth through consistent engagement with key stakeholders in your assigned markets to build trust and long term partnerships. Champion continuous improvement by refining workflows and tools that enhance partner support quality and operational efficiency. You bring 3+ years in account management, partner integrations, or business development within connectivity contexts to handle responsibility in this role. You thrive in cross functional teams where engineering, operations, and product perspectives converge to create integrated and effective solutions. You contribute technical understanding of connectivity systems, APIs, or web based technology to evaluate feasibility and guide implementation. Requirements
