About the role
You own the end-to-end commercial technical support experience for European customers focused on cell separation and cell therapy/reagent product lines. You translate complex scientific concepts into clear application guidance that directly enhances customer success and product adoption. You act as the primary technical interface between customers and internal functions, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and expectations are managed proactively. You convert real-world customer feedback into actionable market intelligence that informs product optimization and regional strategy. You represent GenScript/ProBio as a trusted advisor, strengthening long-term relationships and supporting market expansion objectives across Europe. You drive commercial enablement through training, product presentations, and on-site application support that de-risks customer adoption. You collaborate cross-functionally to align product positioning and messaging with evolving customer needs and competitive dynamics.

What you'll do
- Cooperate with your line manager to formulate and implement non-sales strategies for the cell separation product line in the European region, ensuring alignment with regional objectives and successful execution.
- Provide non-sales-oriented commercial promotion and full-process technical support for the immunology cell separation product line across Europe, resolving application-related technical issues.
- Lead the marketing and promotion of the Cell therapy/Reagent product line in Europe, building regional market awareness and strengthening product recognition and adoption.
- Support local commercial teams across European territories by conducting systematic customer mapping and profiling, identifying and categorizing target client groups, and coordinating targeted customer visits.
- Deliver professional product presentations, in-depth technical training, and on-site application guidance to enhance customer understanding and operational proficiency.
- Provide comprehensive technical support to the European commercial team and customers, handling product consultation, application Q&A, and technical solution development.
- Continuously track market dynamics, industry policies, and technological trends in European cell therapy and reagents, compiling market intelligence to guide new product development and optimization.
- Investigate emerging technologies and trends in cell separation and cell therapy, analyze competitor product characteristics and advantages, and produce research reports to support strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and commercial teams to enable product landing, promotion, and technical optimization across European markets through cross-functional coordination.
- Fulfill additional job-related tasks assigned by your line manager to support team goals and regional priorities.
Requirements
- Hold an MSc or PhD degree in Immunology, Structural biology, Protein Engineering, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Cell Biology, Biotechnology, Medicine, or a related field.
- Possess 1 to 2 years of experience in commercial roles within the life sciences industry.
- Prior experience with catalog-based product portfolios in cell separation, cell therapy, or reagents is a plus.
- Demonstrate strong capabilities in market research and information analysis, with the ability to capture industry dynamics and competitor insights to produce valuable reports.
- Exhibit excellent communication, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with strong interpersonal abilities to engage customers and internal teams effectively.
- Show robust cross-departmental collaboration skills, working seamlessly with commercial and R&D teams to solve problems and execute initiatives.
- Maintain a strong sense of responsibility, execution focus, and learning agility to adapt quickly to European regional workflows and cultural contexts.
- Fluency in English and Chinese is required; fluency in German or French is a plus.
- Be willing to travel up to 50% for business purposes in European locations.
